Beef
Our NZ beef selection features classic cuts and family favourites:
- Beef brisket – perfect for slow cooking or smoking.
- Beef cheeks – tender, rich, and ideal for casseroles.
- Beef schnitzel – lean, quick to cook, and great for weeknight meals.
- Corned silverside – a traditional Kiwi favourite.
Beef sausages – made fresh with quality New Zealand beef.
We also carry rump steak, sirloin, scotch fillet, and beef mince for everyday meals
Pork
Our range of NZ pork is versatile and full of flavour:
- Rolled pork roast – perfect for a Sunday meal with crispy crackling.
- Crispy pork belly – rich and succulent.

- Chorizo sausage NZ – a spicy, Spanish-style sausage made locally.
- Bacon – cured with our instore family recipe and Manuka Smoked on site in our SmokeHouse.

We also make seasonal varieties such as herb and garlic, pork and apple, and beef and tomato
